Subject: What’s the point in the no video rules if all of my social media is videos of dancers taken from feistv?

I absolutely love feistv. I can watch every major and record my daughters dances for her to watch, and am glad we now have a platform like this in ID, but what’s the point in the no video rule at comps if people can record through feistv anyway? I don’t see any basis left on the rule. What’s the difference and is it time for the rule to be removed?

I presume when you enter a competition where Feis TV are stated to be at you agree to your child been recorded (NT) -- If you go to a "normal" feis you agree your child is not recorded ?, 14/03/25 15:24:46, Fri

this is why i cant stand feis TV.Although rare there are many people who can’t attend competitions due to use of feis tv as they may not by be able to be recorded for an aray of reasons. (NT) -- i think it should be kept but have a thing where it can turn off if needed, 15/03/25 18:14:55, Sat
