I think it would be hard to run a school as your sole income source if it is just you. You need a significant number of students and I think it is too much for one person. The only school in our area with just one teacher is a small school where the TC has a full-time job and the school is a side hustle/hobby.

If I were you, I’d find some TCs to mentor/get advice. If you are in the US, my impression is that most TCs would be willing to help. No opinion on TCs in other countries.

It may work better to work as a TC for an existing school. Get some experience and not have the hassle of dealing with the business end of things.
