The warm night air was a bit uncomfortable for Verda, who had lived her entire life in England, where the summers were mild at best, and could be nasty at worst. She perfered the cold, her scent wasn't so wildly bandied about, and provided for any searching for it. She passed an alley, and from the corner of her eye, caught a dark shadow, she stepped out, wider around the enterance, wearily gancing into the shadows as she passed. She sniffed, and growled quietly. She paused at hte corner, watching the traffic go by, and crossed her arms. Her thoughts sifted through the passers-by, until she narrowed in on what was quickly becoming his familiar thought signature. Stop Sulking Craig, You'll make a girl think you're stalking her. Her tone was mild, coaxing almost. Her own thoughts were clamped down tightly to any form of intrusion, the only thing she radiated was calm, a certain surety that most found comforting.
