Subject: Can we discuss the issues before we start trading?

Issues like the Bye rounds (I feel it's an issue and they could be done better) For me, we should play two rounds over the three bye rounds. Each AFL team plays twice, so the first game for each club is our Round 12 and the second game for each AFL club is our Round 13. It's pretty simple really, just means our rounds overlap and last for two weeks each.

Flexibility of the Team Balance rule, where players could be used out of position if all players that qualify for the position are either Injured, Suspended or Not AFL selected.
Maybe between the Coach and the mods they could work out the best player to fill the position while it needs filling.

I know there were other issues brought up mid season, now should be the time to sort them out.
