Regardless of whether any trades were done or not, whilst drafting, your balance is front of mind, and ideally you would like the opportunity to fix the balance given what you took in the draft.

I agonized over trades for 48 hours. I was not DESPIRATE to trade out good young talent for a Key Defender, but that was the my aim.

Coaches rate their Key Defenders too highly considering Key Defenders don't score as much. So I accepted the fact that my key defenders were going to be two less than Key Forwards in my side. But have I got the coverage? Balta, Doedee, Roughead, Gardner and Zerk Thatcher, might be enough to not get penalty points. So don't sell the farm and live in regret.

So I didn't get one done. Despite me being the one who asked for it. I didn't ask the question for this draft only.

Did Mods see what I was saying and say at any time, that it is a good idea to have time either side of the draft, rather than just before? Well, I think you mentioned something about having some merit, but if it was bought in through vote as it was, technically the mods should see to it that a rule is put in on the Rules sheet, that states all drafts have a straddling of time periods either side, so that is what we go with going forward.

But nothing like that. More like Go on whinger, have your draft, you won't do anything anyway. Then scoff at the result of none done.
