Looking through the reasons for the vote it's clear that coaches want flexibility to have access to the Team Balance to make changes on the go. But I also see that this can be abused if coaches make them on the fly so there needs to be some form of overseeing so we dont end up with some unrealistic positioning.

I also see the likes of MG77B who are flatout and would rather have one week in the offseason to nut out the rules and amendments.

I would hate big rules changes during the season. Doesn't work like that and would ruin the fabric of the game.

But why can't we make changes to some positions during the season if we see fit (e.g the 3 game rule). Ask for a request on a tab on the spreadsheet and if we had coaches in charge of positions use heatmap, Footywire and Fanfooty to make a unanimous decisions?

But then I can see this as causing angst between coaches.. Something I hate seeing.

I am taking my time to decide. Just run down with a lot on and wanting to looking after numero uno.

The comp was fun when the Rams were the mighty Woodpeckers!
