Well, Lyla definitely shouldn’t have mentioned the pack because that meant there was an alpha. What if the girl transformed into a mountain lion at ate them all? The scenario played out briefly in her head but was almost too fantastical to keep a straight face. Wolves, lynx, and fox pitted against a mountain lion in the urban setting of a subway. I wonder what the businessmen would say? “Verda.” She answered simply; knowing her alpha could handle any trouble that the kitty decided to dish. “Well, that explains your grace then.” She said it in a very matter-of-factly way as she glanced over the blonde that was now sharing the bench. “Got any family?” Random coincidence, I assure you.
