In order for your daughter to receive a 14 Jenny Telwar had to allow her judges to give out scores of 3's on a 10 point scale. I judge all the time and I have NEVER given a girl below a 6 on a 10 point scale. MOST DIRECTORS DON'T ALLOW IT! Giving those types of scores destroy the self confidence and self esteem that pageants are supposed to build up.
