He said I am going to give you a shot of rocephin and then a z-pack. he came back in the room with a small syringe and closed the door. I sat there in the chair looking at him with the syringe. He said the bad news is that this has to go in your bottom. I said I prefer it go in my arm. It has to go deep in a large muscle. I knew he was right. I unfastened my jeans and pulled them down and bent over the gurney. He pulled down my panties exposing my entire butt. I felt him rub the alcohol across my right cheek. Trying to relax I joked I sure had not planned on baring my bottom in front of you. He squeezed my butt cheek and just as he stabbed me in the hip he said you have a cute little butt. I screamed and started to cry by the time he finuished giving me the shot. It hurt so bad. he placed a bandaid on the site and rubbed the site a few moments. I could barely limp out it hurt so bad. Misty's boyfriend works in a ER and so he had us come in to fast track. He met us and triaged us and put us in the same room. We both had a throat culture done and then got a chest x-ray. Rick came in with the doctor and he had us sit on the exam table and listened to our lungs and had Rick get our oxygen saturation levels. We were told we had bronchitis. He told us I normally place you on a zithromax and give you a shot of rocephin to jump start you. You talk it over and let Rick know and then he left. I asked Rick what he thought. This is usually what we do. He said we would feel better by the next day, but would need to finish the zithromax or it could turn into pneumonia. We said okay. He came back in a few minutes with two syringes and 2 vials and the 2 zithromax packets. We watched as drew up the two shots with this big needle. I mentioned that it looked like a big needle and he said it is an 20g needle. After he was done filling the syringes he said okay who wants to go first and he was looked at Misty. Misty stood up and he told her to lower her jeans and lean over the gurney. He pulled down her panties. He wiped a spot on upper left hip and buried the needle up to the hub in her butt and then slowly injected. She was grabbing the table moaning that it was burning. he pulled out the needle and she had a small trail of blood runniong down her hip which he wiped off and put a bandaid on it. He then slowly rubbed her hip for a few minutes before pulling up her panties and jeans. She had tears in her eyes when she turned around. Misty said Cara he is good and yes it is going to make you butt sore. I lowered my jeans and opted to lie flat. He pulled down my panties and then told me to point my toes inward. As he wiped my cheek I tensed up knowing I was going to stabbed at any moment. He placed his hand firmly across my hip and then I felt the needle go into my hip and then a intense burning sensation as he injected. The doctor left saying "the nurse will be in in a minute, she will give you a shot in your bottom and take a culture throat." (that's how he said it, I know it's a throat culture). I was 20 at the time, a little nervous about baring my butt, but I was used to it, having had ALL my shots in the butt as a child and teenager. The nurse was an older lady, so it wasn't so embarrassing. She said "this goes in your bottom." I dropped my pants and underwear and leaned over the end of the table (pointing my butt away from the door as I had been walked in on before) but she had me move to the side of the table (pointing my butt directly at the door.) When I got to the urgent care center I recognized the nurse at the front desk. He put me in a room and asked what was going on and I explained both of my ears hurt and I had a green drainiage when I blew my nose and a fever of 100.0. The doctor came in an looked im my ears which did not feel good. He told me I am going to give you a script for ear drops that you place in your ears four times a day and shot of rocephin which will take care of your sinusitis. Tom came back with two small syringes with long needles. He told me to lie down on my stomach and loosen my jeans. You don't have much butt muscle so I am going to give you have in each cheek. Can't you give it to me in my arm. It has to go in a a large muscle. I could give it in one cheek but you would have difficulty sitting and walking. He pulled my jeans down and then my panties. He uncapped the first needle and plunged it deep in my butt making me yell out and then the burn. I was crying when he finished. he rubbed my butt a few minutes and then said one more. Wait please. Keep rubbing my other hip. Finally I said okay. This time he slapped me twice before sticking me which did help with the needle stick. I still had the burn after he pulled out the needle. He slowly rubbed my bottom for the next few minutes before helping me to get dressed. I has been a day and my bottom is still very tender. [ Post a Reply to This Message ]
