I had a paramedic student with me the other day. I let her practice on me starting IV's and she acutally did very well. We had a busy day and she did her first code, got her first intubation. At the end of the day she thanked me for helping her out and wanted to know when she could come back. I was going over doing IM injections and told her miost of the time we give them in the hip or thigh. She said I never had a shot in the hip. Really? I told her she needed to let me give her one. She told me if I bought her dinner I could. She gave me her address and when I got off I went to her house. After dinner we went back to her house. I said okay are you ready. She went to the bathroom abnd came out carrying her jeans wearing a pair of small red pair of bikini panties that barely covered her bottom. She laid acorss my lap. I pulled down her panties. I stroked her firm white bottom. I squeezed both of her butt cheeks. I filled two syringes with 2cc of normal saline. One by by one I placed a 20g needle 1.5 inch deep in her bottom and injected. Now you can say you have had 2 shots in that lovely butt. That was not as bad as I thought. Can I come ride with you again, she asked. I slapped her bare bottom and said yes if I can give you a couple more shots in that cute butt. I'm game as she stood up pulling up her panties.

I was teaching my students the other night to start IV's and give IM injections. Amber and Nicole were the last two students to go. They practiced starting IV's on each other and did a good job. I then had them do a SQ injection in the deltoid on each other which they did great. I told them to draw up 3cc on sterile water and gave each of them a 20g needle. They put the needle on the syringe and drew up the proper amount. I them explained that they needed to give am IM injection in each others bottom. At first they said they did not want to do it. It is required of you to pass the course. You will someday have to give a patient an IM injection. Both of them were 21. Amber leaned over the desk. She was wearing a red dress and boots. Nicole pulled up here dress above her hips. She had on a red thong and all of her bottom was exposed. Nicole jabbed her left hip and injected making her scream out in pain. She stood up rubbing her butt. Nicole was scared now knowing she was about to get stuck. She undid her jeans and lowered them. Amber pulled down her tiger print panties exposing her firm backside. Once again I watched as she too gasped as the needle went into her back side and received the injection. I told them they had one more pracice session in a couple of weeks.
