I was teaching my students the other night to start IV's and give IM injections. Amber and Nicole were the last two students to go. They practiced starting IV's on each other and did a good job. I then had them do a SQ injection in the deltoid on each other which they did great. I told them to draw up 3cc on sterile water and gave each of them a 20g needle. They put the needle on the syringe and drew up the proper amount. I them explained that they needed to give am IM injection in each others bottom. At first they said they did not want to do it. It is required of you to pass the course. You will someday have to give a patient an IM injection. Both of them were 21. Amber leaned over the desk. She was wearing a red dress and boots. Nicole pulled up here dress above her hips. She had on a red thong and all of her bottom was exposed. Nicole jabbed her left hip and injected making her scream out in pain. She stood up rubbing her butt. Nicole was scared now knowing she was about to get stuck. She undid her jeans and lowered them. Amber pulled down her tiger print panties exposing her firm backside. Once again I watched as she too gasped as the needle went into her back side and received the injection. I told them they had one more pracice session in a couple of weeks.
