Subject: Meh, I don't know about that. You are representing the organization and you're also representing yourself. Let's say for a second that there was a killer there. Do you just grin and bear it? Or do you stand up for your values and the values of the organization which are totally counter to any hypothetical killer. The same should go for bullying
