Subject: 99% of the Texas contestants compete in the metroplex where a vast majority of the locals are located. In Texas, girls compete every weekend until a title is one, for the most part.

And it looks like the new Park Cities titleholder is from CO, who took over CO state title after CO won Miss America. (NT)Not sure about the teens. Not that many competed
