Subject: The Local Directors are completely powerless here. 1st off the Directors from NEPA are completely complicate in the coverup as they testified against Robyn but they were caught on tape telling her to drop the issue. The remaining Local Directors are turning a blind eye to the entire thing acting like they don't know anything. Truth be told, they are afraid to take a stand and speak up because in their MAO Local Franchise Contract, MAO Holds all the power and they can have their Local Franchise taken from them at anytime by the State if they go against them.
