Ask Simone Esthers, that year’s Miss Missouri. She will tell you. Plus, go back and watch the pageant and just pay close attention to the judges. Every one of their comments is scripted. There’s no way the judges could have pulled off naming the finalists and doing the cuts the way they did without a script.
