Subject: Many reasons, as someone who decided not to compete, here’s why. Leadership hand picks their winners. Talent doesn’t matter anymore. You have to be a stick figure. More money in than you’re getting out. Can’t use scholarships for loans. Bullies being able to continuously compete even after being report. The list goes on and goes.
