Subject Author Date I am going to say "Strongly Consider" because at the end of the day, non of this happens if the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Foundation would just do their job and protect their contestants. Victoria has a long history of not just bulling Robyn, but several other girls. Their so-called ED, has created a culture in Miss PA that allows for this terrible behavior and the leadership of Miss PA needs to be held responsible and be removed.
