 Appears you are correct, here is a message sent from Ryan Brown yesterday soon after the temporary injunction decision was made available per the court site Ryan Brown’s message as follows:

“Hi Folks, if we weren’t busy enough, now we feel compelled to shed some light on the matter, this is in reaction to the post on Voy Forum (big waste of time), claiming Straub won per the judge’s recent determination. The recent hearings were filed by Straub to remove Robin as CEO, that didn’t happen. Win=Robin. At the end of the hearing the judge requested from both sides to propose a monitor through the process as the court case unfolds. We communicated this to State leaders, Robin submitted her recommendation. Straub did not. Nothing here is new news. Robin is the sole owner. All decisions being made are from and by Robin. Yes, Robin provides court with regular reports and these are shared with the other side. Same will happen when the monitor is finalized. No new development. While the other side is busy posting on Voy, Robin is leading Miss America as its sole owner and CEO. Ok, back to work! Have a great day”

She also sent a similiar text message and made direct calls to ED's saying this order had to be done, disregard it because it was protocol. I read the judges order and they are delusional. That order is crystal clear. Glenn has the option to elect a monitor not her lol. She is really feeding Ryan and he is falling for it. I had way more respect for him than that and shocked he is being her puppet. His email and her message are an insult to our intelligence. (NT)No name
