However in the situation that is going on in PA, Victoria, the bully, is not just accused by Robyn, the victim, of her behavior. There are at least 4+ other victims in this situation. Many of which have filed complaints with the state all being ignored. Many of those young women have chosen to no longer compete for Miss PA due to Victoria being allowed to compete for States.
