My two biggest pageant embarrassments, and I live in Virginia, were A) picking Deborah as fourth runner-up that night because I was just not getting her exotic look. I did however come around by the time of Miss Universe; and B) a few years later at Miss Virginia (MAO), I did not even put Kylene Barker in my top five. Of course it was obvious that she was drop dead gorgeous with an awesome swimsuit body, but those were the days of powerhouse singers and pianists, so I thought her talent did not measure up. -- Guru Message Board
