Well she just had breast lump removal surgery last week and is in Maine doing hair and makeup for another pageant at the moment. She’s judging miss Hanover in central Pa next weekend though. I can talk to her then and get an update! I know her lawyers are working multiple cases at the moment because they’re mainly high profile political lawyers, one represented Kesha in her case, and are working Robyn’s case pro bono since she’s friends with one of them. The contestant number for NEPA DROPPED tremendously… multiple girls have already stated they won’t be returning to Miss Pa Org at all this year. After what the NEPA directors said to Robyn on a phone recording (telling her to stop playing the victim), what Dawn posted on this board about the multiple victims “being the real bullies” and the way they treated her and the other titleholders this year, I’m not surprised. They only crowned one teen and one Miss, most previous years they crown three Miss. Remember: Facts Are Facts. Civil courts do not handle criminal cases, so anything that leads to a restraining order is not legally classified as a crime. Even if someone sues Victoria for her appalling misbehavior and wins a financial settlement, she still wouldn't be labeled a "criminal" because the matter would again be resolved in a civil court.
Our opinions are just speculative at best. Having said that, my opinion is that she hasn't been sued yet because everyone is waiting for the district attorney to decide if there is enough evidence to have her arrested and prosecuted for a crime. If that happens and she is found guilty, then she will indeed be a criminal. Subsequently, the young women she injured will have a much better chance of a favorable outcome in civil court.

AGAIN...it is important to remember that legally, Victoria is not a criminal until she has been arrested, charged, and convicted of a crime. Any verbal or written comments suggesting otherwise could give her legitimate grounds to claim abuse and take legal action against those making such statements. I’d be curious to hear how Robyn is feeling about all of this. She lost out of the chance to compete for 70k worth of scholarships and in her final year of eligibility all because someone else threatened to kill her. Robyn is better off honestly. If she were to have won, that org and board would have treated her awfully. Besides she went on to compete for miss us international and miss us tourism getting runner up to international and winning tourism. She won a national pageant and now she’s prepping to compete at a top 10 international pageant. And that the judge actually said that he believed that Victoria didn’t send the messages but that Robyn sent them to herself, yet still granted the restraining order? If the police are trying to investigate Robyn for being a victim then they need to investigate all of us. I was also a victim and spoke to the daily mail anonymously because I was afraid to be retaliated against by the org like they’ve done to Robyn. There’s a lost of over 20 of us who have complained about Victoria’s behavior over the years and nothing has been done. That’s my question too. If the texts that were traced back to Victorias email and phone number in court weren’t sent by her, then who sent them? And then if the police cleared her why was the restraining order granted? And as far as I know, no one has reached out to Robyn about this. Spoke to Robyn today when she judged Miss Hanover. No one has contacted her. She said she’s happy to speak to them if they call her or her lawyer. But so far no one has. — IMO, I have seen 0 from you showing that she didn’t send the texts or threaten her in person as stated in the order. Robyn has a Dropbox of every message sent to her since 2021 as well as messages sent to others and messages from multiple miss Pa contestants, past and present, about being bullied and harassed by Victoria, as well as a copy of two grievances that were previously filed. She also has messages from two local directors claiming they saw victoria physically assault or threaten others but are afraid to speak up if there will be retribution against their local titleholders. She refuses to release it to the public because it contains personal information about other victims and she won’t release those names without their consent. Ok? Right Let me tell you a story. Years ago there was a crazy pagent mom in my state. She was even blaming her daughter's mental health disorder on another contestant. She claimed that the girl had called her daughter the " f" word. This had caused her daughter to stop eating. She was very convincing, had me believing the girl must be evil to cause such harm. Will fast forward to the end of the pagent season, and I find out that the same mother is talking smack on me! Setting me up in all kinds of shenanigans! Tape recording me ( without my knowledge/permission) than editing it, to make it sound like I " could've said something negative ". The most desperate people will resort to despicable actions! Here is the thing. I totally agree that only 1 person making the claims can very easily become a "He Said She Said" scenario. I am a firm believer there are always 3 sides to every story, The Victim's, The Bully's and then there is the truth. However in the situation that is going on in PA, Victoria, the bully, is not just accused by Robyn, the victim, of her behavior. There are at least 4+ other victims in this situation. Many of which have filed complaints with the state all being ignored. Many of those young women have chosen to no longer compete for Miss PA due to Victoria being allowed to compete for States. if Robyn is on this thread (not saying she is or isn’t) I would like to to hear from you Robyn and how you feel about this. Have you been contacted? And if they are having trouble reaching her by phone why would they not try social media? All of her stuff is public. Even if they did reach out to her, as a lawyer, I would recommend that she not speak to anyone until she has her lawyer present. That is my advice to anyone who is ever contacted by police. Check the IP. The one posting that Robyn's writing these comments, has the same IP as Victoria's mother/ennabler. I think there was a statement released by the National office to one of the news outlets who reached out to interview. I can’t remember or find which one it was. But if I remember correctly it basically stated that it supports the PA org and that the victim should have done more if it were really that bad. Then the PA and National org stated that it was the victims fault because she also lived in DC so she wasn’t eligible in PA anyway, even though she paid taxes in PA and works in Pa half the year. — don’t hold me to this, this is just what I can remember so I could be completely off. I can’t seem to find the article with the statement from the National org. I do remember Robyn had reached out to Robin Fleming directly and never heard back though.
