Mr. Hannah is being proposed by Straub to be the objective, neutral monitor. He filed an affidavit and his resume listing his experience. The people who actually worked with him and to whom he reported have filed affidavits, under oath about his so called competencies. He put himself in the middle of this looking for a paycheck from Straub and probably a job if Straub were to win. LOL you don't get people to create affidavits under oath who would lie. Perjury carries many penalties. Guess Hannah thought he could bullshit his way into this position. One of the nicest people on the planet who shared an office with him gave an affidavit telling how Hannah was open with his hatred for Robin. How could the judge appoint him knowing to do so would be to create a toxic and harmful work environment and not run afoul of the law himself? Will this judge ignore that?
