This is the smoking gun y’all. The payoffs were all from the Palm Beach Polo Inc. Here is a list of the emails and checks that were provided to me as evidence: 1. Email on 1/11/23 from Robin to Craig T. Galle and Glenn Straub. Her email asks them to pay off the SBA loan for $521,219.73. She signs the email as “Robin Ross Fleming, American Icon LLC.” 2. Receipt on 1/13/23 of the SBA loan payoff in the amount of $521,219.73. The receipt was sent to kfialco@palmbeachpolo.com from the email address notification@pay.gov. 3. Cleared check on 3/23/23 from Palm Beach Polo LLC to the Miss America Competition LLC for $50,000. 4. Cleared check on 10/12/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc to Manteau Downes LLC for $16,909.20. 5. Cleared check on 10/6/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc to Miss America IP LLC for $15,000. 6. Another Cleared check on 10/6/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc. to Miss America IP for $10,000. 7. Cleared check on 3/9/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc. to Brent Adams for $50,000. 8. Cleared check on 3/6/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc. to Cooper Levenson PA for $5,000. (Note this expense was “law firm expenses to move the pageant to Atlantic City). 9. Cleared Check on 3/9/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc. to Avalanche! Spots Inc for $6,500. 10. Cleared check on 3/9/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc to Daniel Chase Development Inc for $1,000. (Note this expense was “Construction Expense for MA”. 11. Cleared check on 1/24/23 from Palm Beach Polo Inc to American Express for $22,754.74. 12. In the past, all state titleholders received $1500 just for attending nationals but they received zero this year. The only girls who won any $ were the optional winners and top 5. And in the Teens, that was pretty much the same girls. I would guess that about 45 girls came home empty handed. Teen hotel rooms weren't covered either so the teens spent a ton of money going to nationals but received nothing in return. Yes, they got to have the experience but that was it.
