Miss NH Teen Volunteer was "appointed" on 12/28 when she was 19 yrs old and the day after she gave up her Miss NH local crown. There are such lies being told. This is a talented girl who is being misled by her director who trying to cheat the rules. She turned 19 yrs old on 11/20/22 and was "appointed" 12/28/22. She is ineligible. You know that if Vol had declared her their state rep in Nov when they intended to have their pageant, NH MAO would have not allowed her to crown her successor in Dec. This is a teenager. You're asking her to forgo the memory of being the outgoing queen and handing down her crown to satisfy a technicality.
