Subject: The ED followed the spirit of the rule, allowing the Teen to have her day, and she qualify by being 18yo prior to when they intended to hold a pageant. I know this doesn't sit well but it's the nature of pageants. I'm sorry it's this way and your daughter wasn't selected.

This is a talented girl who is being misled by her director who trying to cheat the rules. She turned 19 yrs old on 11/20/22 and was "appointed" 12/28/22. She is ineligible.
