I’m just following logic here- When there wasn’t enough interest to hold the pageant, the State Director went with the girl she had, who <I>was</I> eligible. It seems you're upset because you feel your daughter deserved to be appointed the title on a technicality because the Director held off on <I>announcing</I> and awarding the crown so the Teen could give her MAO crown down. -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
