Subject: Finally, you say Allison would never allow this. To my disappointment, it seems Allison wasn't very discriminating with who she licensed state pageants to. She put the national structure in place, runs a FANTASTIC show, but it seems she's neglected the business side of it with the states. I'm sorry- unfortunately this situation is a technicality.
