The difference between the two programs is Volunteer produces a fantastic pageant, gives the girls a great competition week experience, pays winnings in cash the night they win, and is consistent in what they want in a titleholder and how they pick her. Directors and contestants know what to expect. Everything for the MAO is up in the air- the competitions, scoring, rules, format, scholarships, location- everything.
