Subject: Recruiting for Volunteer has been hampered because girls were obligated to MAO state pageants this summer (after waiting 2 years to compete). That and changing Covid requirements in varying states and it's a new program that needed to get fundraising off the ground quickly (during Covid). If the MAO runs the 100th like the 99th, that's when there may be some movement over to Volunteer.
