Completely agree. Why partner with St. Jude’s and preach service if your national titleholder won’t do more than maybe 2 appearances relating to service. Call it what it is, Miss USA with a talent category. If they want that to change they should: actually have an emphasis on service, give half decent scholarships to anyone besides the winner, and figure out their branding. -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
