Most definitely. I've seen both the small vol enema and the large vol enema video. When it comes to yourself do you prefer a bulb or bag enema? Myself I prefer the bag because in my case it's just too time consuming. I have a 2.5 Davol Paris bag it holds 2.5 quarts so I can just fill the bag and let it go, I can usually come close to draining the bag and hang the bag rather low, it takes a little time, around 20-25 minutes to empty but there is no cramping.
