The man laughs easily, knitting torn leather while talking. "Chare was a selfish girl, and though it's her 'fault' that I Impressed, she only wanted a green. She thought golds had too much responsibility, while greenriders were more flexible." He shakes his head, still chuckling at the memory of his sister's vehement explanation when he asked her why. He nods. "I have faith in any Candidate who shows an eagerness to Impress. Some, like myself, didn't care." R'nos smiles, remembering his own stand on the Sands, and Leth lets his rider know that he's sharding lucky that he Impressed at all.
