It's telling me all these things...

X'thrall didn't stop running until he was well out of the Weyr, so much so that he couldn't even see it through the trees. Tars threatened to overwhelm him.

G'rein didn't love him.

This simple fact was enough to drive 'Thrall crazy. How was he supposed to live now? He couldn't go back to that double-crosser! G'rein, the man that had implied that he loved X'thrall, but then was intimate with S'peer. How could he ever go back to they weyr they shared?

He fell to his knees, breathing heavily, hoping he could just curl up and die rather than face G'rein later.

('Thrall...) Golgith didn't know what to say. He'd tried contacting Grenith, but G'rein had moved on to helping Salzay, and S'peer's Scarth was busy trying to help S'peer consoule Maria...

So, there was no one to help X'thrall. And, by that, thee was no one to help Golgith, either, in the betrayl...

That you would probably hide...
