Subject: Teens in the South Author: Franert [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 17:57:07 07/09/25 Wed I teach an Advanced Placement class in a local high school in the south. The students range from 15 to 18 years old. During some free time, a few months ago, the students were talking about the ass beatings they still get at home. Most of the kids admitted to still getting them. One girl said that her month would beat her ass with whatever was handy and then her father would give her an Ass Whoopin with the belt, when he got home. She then told about the time that her father made her wear long pants to summer day camp, because of the marks on her legs from an Ass Whoopin. They lived in the north at the time and were afraid of being reported to the authorities. The black kids (male and female) appeared to be beaten more harshly by the way they described the implements used and the severity. I kept my mouth shut during all this and didn't ask the questions that often get asked on this forum, like what they were wearing. These kids did not seem embarrassed by this and seemed proud of it. Although, I wonder if some of them cry like little kids afterwards. In my day, no one would ever had admitted still being smacked at home at that age. My dad used a ping pong paddle or a belt his choice he raised me mom left when I was a baby . My bff was a cheerleader we talked about our spankings at home and paddlings at school we used bottom not butt . My dad and her mom and dad said butt was not a ladylike thing to say . I now am a secretary at a middle school same district I have had to witness my share of paddlings in four years on the job . Teachers are also good at witnessing when they have a free period . I was very surprised to hear how many of the girls I went to college with who grew up in the South were spanked as teens. It was called "the little paddle" and we always chose it over the big paddle. I suspect that the big paddle started out life as a Cricket bat but by the time our bottoms felt it, it had been planed a bit to be thinner. You can make clear that the spanking clears their slate and they no longer owe a debt. However, make it clear that while their punishment is over, they still should not have incurred or owed that debt in the first place and that they still need to make restitution, perhaps by writing an apology or repairing any damage they caused. Spankings were common place, not so much in public but even as teens me and my friends knew most of us still got beltings at home. Cause it was so common, if it came up we talked about hidings like kids might talk about being grounded or having a phone confiscated. Because we were talking with peers who we all knew got whacked at home, we were equals and there was no real embarrasment. Many of my friends mostly got the strap at home. We have one Christian church and school that pretty much the whole community belongs to, and all the kids go to the K thru 12 school. We also have a junior college in town. All five of my kids, ages 19 to 13 are still spanked. I spank bare bottom and on the top of thighs with hand and paddle over my knee. As long as I am supporting them and they live under my roof they will be spanked when necessary. After their spanking is over and they have served 30 minutes in the corner we then sit and cuddle and talk about their spanking and what they could have done to not be spanked. My parents use a cherry wood school type paddle with holes it hurts a lot iy taught me to behave like a young lady . My parents are lonely strict on a few things like kindness treating people right and safety rules including driving safety and curfews because of bad people being out at night .
