Many many many moons ago when I was a high spirited high school girl, mom was determined to give me a spanking one Saturday morning (she had gotten wind I had skipped a class). I asked for a reprieve, and when that failed a delay because I was going out to the lake with friends and did not want them to see mom's handiwork. I should not have given that reason.

Mom's attitude was that I should not be wearing anything so short my "butt was sticking out." But then my dear mother did something she had never done before, she finished off the spanking with several whacks to my thighs. Knee shorts would not have adequately covered my shame. So no swimming for me, I wore long pants.
