If I reached around or moved out of position and the yardstick landed somewhere other than my bottom, then it was still an earned spank IF it was aimed at my bottom. Aiming for elsewhere such as deliberately aiming a belt spank at the far side hip or the thighs seems mean or cruel and very unnecessary. One of the many virtues of the hairbrush is that it can be totally accurate. No doubt that is why my mother always reminded me that my best friend was spanked with "the hairbrush". I was not very cooperative and as a consequence, my mother liked the extended reach that the yardstick provided. Of course, due to reaching around and to moving, the yardstick landed all over my bottom and adjacent areas. How did others feel about getting or giving off-bottom spanks?
