It made quite an impression on me.I had a babysitter at the time who lived just down the street. She was a high school girl, but was taking classes to be a fashion model (she would walk down the street with a book on her head, practicing the walk) who I thought quite snooty. She never spanked me, but she was quite strict, which is why mother liked her. One day Mom had made some cookies, and asked me take a plate down to her, as sort of a tip I guess. They had a large window facing the street. As I was going up to the door, to my shock I saw the sophisticated babysitter bare butt over her mom's knee getting it with the back of a hairbrush.. I was frozen and couldn't go up to the door. I hurried home and told mom. She kind of laughed and said something about her being raised right and was why she was a good sitter. You couldn't see anything until walking past the window to the door. It was a living room, and they were on the sofa, which faced toward the window. I don't recall hearing anything.
