I'm not aware of any "right" of free speech on a forum such as this and, as I suggested, free is not always better. Would you prefer no focus of subject whatsoever here, just so we can all feel "free".

Have your read the Declaration of Independence, where it " speaks of "inalienable rights."? Check out John Locke. These are not rights granted by government, but as they referred to them "Natural Rights." They exist beyond and before the establishment of government. They exist in regard to all all social contracts. Natural Rights should only be abridged when there is a very important reason to do so.
