I typically uses the hairbrush then. But it happens also that I try it when I feel I need a good cry. Then I either use the hairbrush or the rattan carpet beater. The latter is not as easy to handle but it gives a better sting across a large area. Of course none of these will make me cry from the stinging but I try to feel like I was a little girl again, kicking alot, screaming in a pillow and try to finally cry fpr real.
