 Nobody here should be expected to share anything other than what she feels comfortable sharing. Even though some posts do spawn a lot of curiosity.

Based on my own experiences dealing with young adults, I don't think this type of a situation is out of the question. Some student renters may well enter into an agreement that involves discipline by a "house mother/father". Definitely not the norm, however.
