I do have to make this one quick. I have a few minutes. I really fear that strap ma'am and that's what makes it effective. I would not fear grounding like I do the strap. As much as I hate it, honestly, that strap is very beneficial and I can hardle believe I said that. I hate it, hence isn't that the whole idea? So I guess I would have to say I would choose the strap cuz that is what I really fear and hate. I heard dad threaten mom once. I can't remember what it was. I think she overlooked a bill or something. I heard him say "Well Ann I know how effective the leather is on Jan." Or something like that. He was joking though, well, I think!!!!! He seems quite expert with it and someone who is happy to use it to help others. Plus, a disciplinarian at heart. I have to wonder if he's not had to help your mom with it and the closest you've come to knowing is his mention of how effective it was to your mother. Dad is very skilled with the strap. Dad works a lot from home so when I'm away like at school, who knows. Neither of them have ever said anything.
