Seen few but my favorite was from the Original "Bad Seed" (thriller) from 1958. It wasn't a scene from the movie but a curtain call at the end.
After the Rhoda (Patti McCormick) was introduced, she was told to sit on a sofa and wait until the final introduction. The last was the mother. She then scurried to the couch, Sat sat down and said, "and as for you..." and yanked Patti over her knee and delivered several good swats to her clothed bottom as Patti yelled and the scene fades out.

I have to say McClintock! because it was so camp.
Most of the spanking scenes in sit-coms of the 60's made me uncomfortable because they were viewed as a joke & it never felt that way on my fanny. Also the spanking of young women on TV was misogynistic & overtly sexual.
