I’d be surprised it was discussed between a bunch of teen girls. I am still spanked and I’m 16 but I don’t talk about it. It is still going on in families but probably more in private.

My kids all attend a Christian school where paddling's were given until 2010 when a legality issue came up and went to court. A 16-yr old was given 5 swats of the paddle for disrupting her class and her parents sued the school. We now either get a text from the school or a phone call. My kids all know that it is an automatic spanking, and they must write an apology letter to the teacher informing them that they were disciplined.
