I loved what I read here! That was a very deserved spanking. Stealing is a serious offence and must not be ignored. I hope he learned his lesson and will NEVER steal again. Also walking into off limits places seems like an another reason to tan that naughty little booty of his red.
However if he were my boy I wouldn't allow him to wear boxers. I believe that a child must not only behave like a child but also dress like one therefore he'd wear briefs as an everyday wear and swim briefs/speedos for swimming.
