The way I go about baring their bottom is that I scold as I undo and pull their pants/shorts down and off while he stands unhappily but obediently before me. A quick move to the side of my 'right thigh', and he's down and over my lap with the mattress or couch cushion beneath him, making sure he is just where I want him, right arm pinned to his lower back by my 'left hand'.

Then it is the methodical, maternal baring of a boy's backside as I slowly lower his underpants with my 'right hand', it is the same way for my nieces panties and nephews underpants.
