Grumpy,

I am another Mom that does not like to wait when a spanking is needed. I have always felt it is best to spank as close to the misbehavior as possible, and have almost always done so. If a spanking is being delayed, it is because we are just in a situation where it just cannot happen right then.

But I don't put a lot of planning or thought in how I am going to spank. When I know I am going to spank, I immediately have a good idea what the spanking is going to entail, mainly dependent on what the child had done and how serious their misbehavior was. But if I am to the point where I feel a spanking is needed, even a standard (minimum) spanking is always still going to be a good, sound and thorough affair. And for more serious misbehavior, of course the spanking will also increase to reflect that, and I will "think" what I want and feel their bottom needs and has earned.

And similar to Cherie, when I am quite upset and disappointed with them, which is usually along the lines of their more serious misbehavior, I am certainly more motivated in getting that bare bottom over my lap more quickly and giving it the especially good and hard spanking I know it needs.
