I same first wants all bare naked for lecture and then I start spanking.
My sequence in case of 2 girls spanked is: old hand - young hand - old paddle - young paddle. This is because last year my young was spanked with hand only so i started with old and spanked younger in the interval between hand and paddle, now both are paddled.

I guess you need to complete all boys spankings before allowing everyone to get dressed?
