Well, it depends were one lives, I know moms that spank, my sister-in-law does, over the years I have spanked just about every year at our campsite and have met a couple other moms there that spank, and a couple teachers in grade school that spanked.

The problem it has been vilified by the mainstream media and now we see a generation of adults that needed to be brought up with spankings.
