They aren't experienced alpine hikers but their endurance on long uphill sections is amazing! And also on the way down they know to focus on the trail, so they won't step wrong and risk injury.

It's all for good luck! I said "now you're really an alpine boy". It's slippery and warm, he said ... The grass and a stream of water did a good job cleaning it up.

Since we brought no shoes for the kids, all events will be barefoot. And the weather is nice and warm, so tomorrow ee can just relax at the lake and see what else we could do next. It's the holidays, no need to have everything planned out.
