There was a CSI/ted talk competition for points, now there is not. Also- the on stage question during prelims is required to be about CSI so it is part of the on stage competition. It’s definitely still an important part of the score. I already explained this- there is a 30 second CSI pitch required at the beginning of every private interview, every preliminary osq is required to be about the contestants CSI AND after the first week of State competitions Robin told the state ED’s that she missed pitch.
